1 Introduction

Welcome to c999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and c999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). The Terms apply to all aspects of using c999 including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, sports betting, slot games, live casino, bonuses and any other services offered on c999.wine.

By registering an account on c999, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the c999 platform. 2 Account Eligibility

To register and use a c999 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. c999 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. This is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person, organisation or business entity.
• You must not already hold an existing c999 account. Each individual may maintain only one account at any time. Registration of a second account will result in the closure of both accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. False information, including use of another person's identity or payment details, is grounds for immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of all funds.

3 Account Rules

Once your c999 account is registered, the following rules apply to the management and use of your account:

• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with any other person. c999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials.
• Your account balance is held in PKR. All transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact c999 support immediately.
• c999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, used for fraudulent activity, or linked to money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account including using a strong, unique password and not accessing c999 on shared or public devices without logging out properly after each session.
• Account closure can be requested by the player at any time by contacting c999 support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to verification requirements.

4 Deposits

c999 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your c999 balance after confirmation.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method. These are displayed at the time of depositing in your account dashboard.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where possible.
• c999 does not charge deposit fees on any of the supported payment channels. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside c999's control.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact c999 support with your payment reference.
• c999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide this documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal access.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your c999 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the rules set out here. All withdrawals are in PKR.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the name of the c999 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• c999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically completed within the same day. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, c999 may require identity verification. This is standard practice and is designed to protect your account. Verification documents requested may include a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have completed any required wagering are eligible for withdrawal.
• c999 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

c999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. The general principles that apply to all c999 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and subject to a wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonuses are for use on eligible games only. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all for specific offers — check each promotion's individual terms.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on c999, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other sports markets available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once you submit a bet and receive a confirmation, the bet cannot be cancelled or altered. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet. c999 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any player's account without prior notice.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified by c999 betting rules, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the betting section.
• Live in-play betting is subject to delays in odds updates. c999 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds that result from technical errors or data feed failures.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to exploit pricing errors is strictly prohibited. c999 monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets or close accounts where such activity is detected.
• Winnings from sports betting are credited to your main account balance in PKR as soon as the relevant event is settled. Settlement times depend on the sport and the specific market.
• Any bet placed on a market that is subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing or corruption will be voided and stakes returned.

8 Slot Games and Live Casino

Slot games and live casino products on c999 are provided by certified third-party game providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
